IMPORTANT: COVID-19 Update July 2020
If you have a fever, cough, muscle aches, lethargy, sore throat or shortness of breath and you have travelled from interstate or overseas or had recent close contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19, 14 days before illness onset it is important you advise us.
If any of the above apply to you, please contact us via phone prior to making a booking, or before visiting our practice for a face-to-face appointment.
To comply with social distancing, to protect other patients and staff we request you attend a face to face appointment either alone or with one support person only.
Where appropriate appointments are being converted to Telehealth (either video call or telephone). With the latest change to the Health Insurance Act legislation, you may be charged a private fee or bulk billed as decided by your specialist.
New referrals will be triaged by the specialist and you will be notified as to the most appropriate consultation. This will be done as soon as possible.
Please allow at least 48 hours for script/pathology forms to be sent out after a telehealth appointment (unless urgent and your doctor will ask staff to process on that day).
If you have trouble contacting us by phone, it is because we are experiencing a large volume of phone activity at present. Please either try later, leave a message, or send us an email email@example.com and we will contact you, usually within 24 hours.
